Real estate isn’t really complicated and, as much as my math-hating self hates to admit it, it really comes down to a formula. Awareness = leads, leads = conversations, conversations = contracts, contracts = transactions, transactions = commission. My responsibilities as a marketing guy fall all over the place in that formula, but it’s most pronounced in the “awareness” section. So I set about creating a contest in which we can gather people’s contact information and start nurturing them with useful content so that, whenever they have a real estate need, the response is, “Of course I’ll choose The Allen Brake Team.” Free coffee is a good place to start!

It’s amazing how many people don’t take the time to interview potential Realtor candidates (sheepishly raising my hand here). This is designed to guide people along the steps of some questions to ask to find the best Realtor to represent them.
